MMD
Mobile moving device
The mobile movement device "MMD" is designed to transport the patient in a sitting position. It is used to transfer a patient from a wheelchair to a mobile device for moving (transportation).
The mobile movement device is fixed in a stationary state due to the wheel stoppers, having previously brought the seats into an upright position.
The wheelchair is brought up to the stop of its front wheels (the minimum internal distance between the front wheels of the wheelchair is 400 m) into the bevels of the base of the mobile device. The maintenance staff lifts the patient, who rests his feet on the base and knees on the knee pads, and is intercepted by the crossbars with his hands. The seats are deployed in a horizontal position, on which the patient is seated. The wheels of the mobile device are brought to the transported position (i.e. they are removed from the stoppers).
Now it is possible to transport the patient on a horizontal-solid surface.
